Cecilia Reynolds, 76, Clifton,
died Dec. 24, 2011, at her
home.
Services will be at noon Jan. 7
at Palisade Cemetery.
Ms. Reynolds was a waitress.
Survivors include one son,
Kelly of Clifton; three daughters,
Debbie Davis of Clifton,
Ann Marie Jerome of Delta and
Lisa Reynolds of Grand Junction;
seven grandchildren; and
12 great-grandchildren.

Cecilia Margaret Reynolds was
born August 8th, 1935 in Roberts,
Idaho. Her parents were Francis
and Margaret Scheer of Idaho
Falls, Idaho. Cecilia passed away
at her home on December 24th,
2011. She was 76 yrs old.
Cecilia was raised in Idaho Falls,
Idaho; she lived on a farm with her parents and ten siblings. Cecilia
met the love of her life, Marvin J Reynolds, in 1958, seven weeks
after their meeting they were married in Elko, Nevada. Marvin reenlisted
in the military and they moved to many cities before settling
in San Diego, California where they raised their four children.
Cecilia worked as waitress at a family style restaurant for 23 years
forming many close lifelong friendships. Cecilia and her family
moved to Grand Junction, Colorado in 1994. Cecilia enjoyed
spending time at her daughter's restaurant in Palisade from 1996 to
2000, where Cecilia enjoyed making her mother's homemade potato
salad, which all the customers loved! After the passing of her husband
in May, 2000, Cecilia spent the remainder of her time living
with her eldest daughter. She was able to spend quality time with her
children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren who filled her life
with joy.
She is survived by her son, Kelly Marvin Reynolds; her daughters,
Deborah Ann Davis, Lisa Michelle Reynolds, and Ann Marie Jerome
and her son-in-law, Kevin W Jerome; seven grandchildren, 12
great-grandchildren, and four sisters, Maryanne Anderson, Rosie
Enouen, Patty Stewart, Annette Arledge and many nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Marvin J Reynolds; her
parents, Francis and Margaret Scheer; four brothers, Joe, Richard,
Charlie, and Bob, and two sisters, Ronnie and Lucille.
A graveside service will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday January
7th, 2012 at Palisade Cemetery.
