Mrs. Nora Sexton SULLIVAN, wife of Jerry SULLIVAN, foreman of the D.&R.G.W. maintenance crew at Eagle, died at the family home in Eagle last Wednesday morning after being seriously ill for but a short time. Mrs. SULLIVAN had been in failing health for some time, but her death was not anticipated until a few hours before she was taken.
The deceased was born in Cork, Ireland, in May, 1870, coming to the United States in 1894. She lived at Edwards, this country, for the first five years after arriving in this country. In May, 1899, she was united in marriage to Jerry SULLIVAN at Glenwood Springs, Colo. Five children were born to this marriage, of whom three, Nora, Nellie and Patrick, are living to mourn with the father a loving and kind mother and wife.
The remains were taken to Glenwood Springs where she will be laid to rest today, Friday, beside the two children who preceded her to the grave in infancy.
Mrs. SULLIVAN was a kind, loving and true wife and mother, and many friends of the family mourn with them their great loss.
