Mr. Biel retired from the U.S. Navy.
He is survived by four sons, Robert Vickers of Lake City, Ron
Vickers of Fruita, Ken Richey of Portland, Ore., and Kevin Richey
of Priest River, Idaho; one daughter, Carol Copley of Grand Lake;
12 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
