BABY LOSES LIFE BY SMOTHERING IN BED.
A very sad death was that of Phillip Duane LARSEN, three-month-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Duane LARSEN, young farm people of Brush creek, when he was smothered to death in bed Saturday night. The exact time of death was not known; the body cold in death being discovered when the family got out of bed Sunday morning.
Funeral services were held Tuesday morning, Rev. Father KESSLER making a few remarks at the bier at the Andre Funeral home in Eagle in the presence of the near relatives and a few friends of the family. Following this the body was taken to Glenwood Springs for burial and Rev. F. W. CASSELMAN of the local M. E. church read the burial service at the grave side.
The grief stricken young parents have the heartfelt sympathy of the entire community in their sad loss.
