Helen Josephine Hyde, age
97, of Grand Junction, CO,
was welcomed into her eternal
home on November 12, 2016.
She was a nurse, painting
artist, gardener, and polka

Family, friends, and church
were her passionate delight.
Many referred to her as

through good as well as difficult times. The Lord has been her
Shepherd.
Josephine is survived by her four children, Bill (Ann), Carolyn
(Lewis), Lyla (Steve), and Robert (Janet). She loved eight stepchildren,
40 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren, and five
great-great-grandchildren.
The family wishes to thank the staff at Larchwood Inn who
cared for her during her last days. The Memorial Service will at
the Church of the Nazarene, 2802 Patterson Road on December
10 at 10:00 a.m., with a potluck dinner to follow. Interment is at
