Thomas Quinn Hickman, 73,
passed away September 19,
2016, after a lengthy illness.
He was born in Saginaw, MI,
November 21, 1942. He
attended Pueblo (CO)
Catholic High School and was
a graduate of Southern
Colorado State College. Tom
served four years in the Navy Seabees, building towers in
Greece, Antarctica and Cuba. He was chief news photographer
for KOAA (Pueblo, CO) for many years and later was a
freelance photographer.
Tom was preceded in death by his mother, Gertrude Margaret
Hickman. He is survived by his father, Arthur Edward
Hickman, Pueblo, CO; wife, Jeanne Hickman, Pueblo, CO; son,
Travis (Mel) Q. Hickman, Seattle, WA; sisters, Mary Grace,
Grand Junction, CO; Karen Hickman, Seattle, WA; Roxana
(John) Wolcott, Grand Junction, CO; nephew, Chris Wolcott,
Lakewood, CO; nieces, Suzannah Wolcott, Grand Junction, CO,
and Roxanna Warren, Denver, CO; many other nieces and
nephews and three sisters-in-law.
A family memorial service is being held in Pueblo, CO. In lieu
of flowers, contributions may be made to Roice-Hurst Humane
Society of Grand Junction, CO.
