Mrs Sykes was born March27, 1915, in Grand Junction, Colorado to Edward and Anna Fahrmeyer. She married Raymond Glen Sykes, Senior on July 17, 1948 in Glenwood and has two children - a daughter Margaret (Lyn) Merrick of Eagle and a son, Glen (Penny) Sykes of Rifle.
