Funeral services were held Monday for Thomas Thomas of Glenwood, and former resident of Gypsum.
Services were at the Farnum Chapel in Glenwood. Graveside services were held here.
Mr. Thomas was born in Iowa and came to Colorado as a small boy, with his parents, who homesteaded on Sweetwater. They later moved to Gypsum, and lived on property, now owned by Estates Motel. Mr. Thomas was a cattleman and rancher and worked with a partner, the late Frank Sommerfield on Gypsum Creek.
He is survived by a sister, Laura Craven of California, and a brother, Dave, who is in Mountain View Nursing Home in Glenwood.
