Hilma Beda Towndrow, age 85, of Colorado Springs, died May 26. She is preceded in death by her husband, Frank Towndrow, her brother Robert Landon and her sister Margaret Soul. Hilma is survived by her sons, Frank and Albert Towndrow, daughter, Rebecca Cole, brothers, Charlie, William and Clyde Landon, and sister Ida Mae Adams. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Friends said Hilma was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. Visitation will be from noon to 7 p.m. Thursday at Evergreen Funeral Home, 1830 E. Fountain Blvd., Colorado Springs, Colorado.
Graveside services will be Friday, May 30 at 2 p.m. at Cedar Hill Cemetery in Gypsum.
