Muril Douglas Vincelette, 89,
of Wadsworth, OH, passed away
Sunday, December 13, 2020.
Muril is preceded in death by
wife, Carol “Nadine” Vincelette;
son, Jeffrey Vincelette;
grandson, Teddy, and brother,
Darold. He is survived by sister,
Joan Weaver; sons, Gregory
and Sunny Vincelette, Las
Vegas, NV; David and Annette
Vincelette, Kanab, UT, and Brian and Dawn Vincelette, Wadsworth,
OH; 14 grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren. A graveside
service was held Saturday December 19, in Dubois, Wyoming.
Muril was born in 1931, in Baker, Montana, to Douglas and Sylvia
Vincelette (Morris). He was raised in Montana (Silver Gate and
Billings). He was a graduate of Notre Dame with a degree in Civil
Engineering. Muril was in the army corp of engineers working
on projects that included the Glen Canyon Dam diversion tunnels.
He then spent 33 years in the mining industry retiring as VP of
Operations at Energy Fuels Nuclear in Denver, 1993.
In 1998, after raising four boys in Denver, Muril and Nadine
relocated to Grand Junction. They were together for 63 years before
mom’s passing in 2017, and enjoyed traveling, golfing, volunteering,
and entertaining during the holidays. He was also a Bronco and
Notre Dame fan. Together again, we love you! In lieu of flowers
