Paul passed away
unexpectedly at the age
of 56. He was born in
Grand Junction and raised
by his loving parents. He
graduated from Central
High School, then joined
the Marine Corps. He married the love of his life,
Shawna Ramsay; they were married for more than 37
years. They had two daughters, Amanda and Casey,
who he treasured.
He was a dedicated employee of Pepsi for 29 years,
where he made many life-long friends. Paul had a funloving spirit, quick wit, an infectious smile, and genuine
heart. He loved being in the mountains with his family.
His five grandchildren were his pure joy and he loved
spending whatever spare moment he had with them.
Survivors include his parents, Leonard and Sherron
Walton; wife, Shawna Walton; daughters, Amanda
(Bruce) Moyer, and Casey (Matthew) Peiffer;
grandchildren, Madilynn, Ryan, Lexi, Tyler and Emily;
siblings, Ronald (LaDonna) Walton, and Angie (Katie)
Larsen; nephews, Herb Pacheco, Brandon Walton,
Justin Walton, and Jared Boege; niece, Jessica Boege,
and countless aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and
nephews who he cared for immensely.
If you were lucky enough to know Paul, you were
lucky enough. He will be greatly missed.
Memorial service will be at Canyon View Vineyard
Church Chapel Monday, January 10, 2022, at 3:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to
Callahan-Edfast Mortuary towards memorial expenses
