Sgt. Frank William Kerr,
age 75, of Cottonwood,
Arizona, passed away on
April 13, 2023. Frank was
born on October 1, 1947, to
Lou and Bill Kerr. Frank
was a Palisade High School
graduate, Class of 1965. He
proudly served his country
as a Vietnam Veteran. After
his military service, Frank
built a successful career
as a Supervisor for Baker
Concrete Construction.
Frank was a devoted family man and is survived
by his wife of 50 years,
Terran Kerr, his children
Angel Goodman (Richard),
Shelley Duzik (Shayne),
Stewart Vickers, Jeffery
Nichols (Jenny), 11 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, and his three siblings Karen, Randy, and James. He
was predeceased by his parents, Bill and Lou, two sisters
Connie and Goetta, brother Gene, and daughter Wendy.
In his free time, Frank enjoyed hunting and fishing,
indulging in his joy for the great outdoors. Frank was a
skilled mechanic and had a passion for NASCAR. He also
cherished the time spent with his loved ones, creating lasting memories together.
A funeral service to honor Frank’s life will be held on
Thursday, September 14, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. at the Palisade
Cemetery. Contributions in Frank’s memory can be made
to Hospice. Immediately following services there will be
a small gathering at Longs Park (Patterson Road entrance)
serving dessert.
Frank Kerr will be deeply missed by his family, friends,
and all who had the pleasure of knowing him. May his soul
rest in eternal peace.
