The Red Cliff Union High School marching band (from the rear) at the Red Cliff Bridge dedication. The dedication was held at noon on Sunday, August 3, 1941. Governor Ralph L. Carr and other officials attended. The bridge and six miles of new highway built over Battle Mountain cost a total of $636,405.
