"Old timers, Florence Lyon and Ethel McCoy in 1908." -- McCoy Memoirs p.279 Judd Lyon homesteaded in Yarmony Park in 1909 after giving up mining. His 160 acre tract was a mile east of Yarmony Creek close to the Grand County line. He added acreage over the years and by 1915 had renamed it "Hidden Valley Ranch."
