The Chester Mayer ranch, Eagle, Colorado, from a photographic Christmas card, sent to the Kite family between 1945 and 1952. The Mayer ranch is now the Eagle Ranch subdivision. It was the John Ewing ranch prior to the Mayers.
On verso of card: "Dear Kites, Sure would like to have a visit from the Kite family again. Lloyd hasn't forgotten what a nice time he had while you folks were here. Thought of you when we branded this year. Built new corrals...
