Alda Borah's map/art book, which she completed for her art class while attending the Eagle County High School. There are several hand drawn images of nature, as well as a map of Maine, and two maps showing the Roman Empire and ancient Greece around the Mediterranean Sea. Some of the drawings are dated from 1914.

This piece originally appeared in the Eagle Valley Enterprise as two articles, one published in November of 1980 and the other in January 1981. Roberta Depp has written several pieces of the early history of Eagle and Eagle County and was the recipient of the Nimon-Walker Award presented by EVLD and Eagle County Historical Society.

This hand-drawn map was completed John Gabelman in the 1940's while working in the Fulford Mining District during his "Wildflower Project". Gabelman traced the geology, topography, as well as the structural and economic geology of the Fulford & Brush Creek mining districts.
