Adam Stifel funeral at the McCoy Cemetery, McCoy, Colorado, 1918. "Adam Stifel and his wife Edith (sister of Polly Tuck) came into the area with George Brown in about 1890....[He] found a likely place in the cedar country about six miles due west of McCoy where they found about 60 acres of mesa land.
