HAROLD KEMBLE DIES.
Friends of Harold KEMBLE in Gypsum received word Wednesday evening of the death of Harold KEMBLE at his home in Denver at 4:30 o'clock that afternoon. The deceased had not been ill long, having been taken by an attack of pneumonia.
Harold KEMBLE was a citizen of Gypsum for many years, following the trades of painting and carpentering. He was an active member of the Eagle River Valley Post, American Legion, an officer of the post at one time and always active in its work.
Eight or ten years ago, associated with George SPANGLER and Chas. HEMBERGER, he went to Black Hawk where they were engaged in a mining venture. When the others returned to Eagle county, Harold went to Denver, his former home, and never returned to Denver.
He has a great many friends in the valley, and especially among members of the American Legion, who will be made sorrowful to hear of his death.
Funeral services will be held either Friday or Saturday from the Howard mortuary in Denver.
