ROSE MARFITANO'S FATHER DIED IN GLENWOOD.
Angelo BARONE of 706 Blake St., Glenwood, passed away Aug. 3 at Valley View Hospital following a year's illness.
Mr. BARONE was born in Lago, Italy, Feb. 18, 1890 coming to the United States at the age of 12 years. In 1924, he was married in Glenwood to Anna Mattivi and the couple lived their entire married life in Glenwood.
He worked 50 years for the D&RG Railroad and was a member of St. Stephen's Catholic Church in Glenwood.
Mr. BARONE is survived by his wife, Anna; a daughter, Mrs. Roy (Rose) MARFITANO of Gilman; one brother and two sisters, all of Pennsylvania; and two brothers and one sister in Italy.
Farnum Mortuary of Glenwood was in charge of arrangements.
