Mrs. Matilde Atencio, 61, of Minturn, passed away May 30 in the Gilman hospital, following an illness of eight years duration.
Born in Wagon Mound, N. Mex., February 14, 1891, she was married to Pablo Atencio in 1910 at Roy, N. Mex. The couple moved in 1930 to Minturn and Mr. Atencio entered the employ of the Empire Zinc Co. at Gilman.
Funeral services were held June 2 at the Catholic Church in Minturn by Father C. E. Kessler of Glenwood Springs. Interment was in the Minturn Cemetery. The deceased is survived by her husband, Pablo Atencio; two [---]
