CYRUS DICE PASSED AWAY IN HOSPITAL.
Cyrus Lester DICE, prominent Eagle Valley stockman, died in Valley View Hospital Sunday evening at the age of 67 years. Mr. DICE had been in poor health and in the hospital since before Thanksgiving.
Mr. DICE was born in Warsaw, Mo. January 22, 1901, and spent his childhood in Missouri. He had ranched on Brush Creek for many years, retiring a few years back and moved to town.
He was married to Imogene LEWIS in Taos, N. Mex. July 27, 1957.
He is survived by his wife and a brother, Fred of Glenwood Springs, and was preceded in death by his wife, Anna Norman DICE, who died in 1949.
Funeral services were conducted Wednesday afternoon in Farnum Chapel in Glenwood Springs and burial was in Sunset View Cemetery in Eagle. The Reverend Glen A. CHAMBERS of Glenwood officiated.
