RALPH ROCKWELL DIED IN DENVER LAST NIGHT.
Ralph ROCKWELL, 75, Eagle resident, died in Colorado General Hospital Wednesday night.
Mr. ROCKWELL had been in poor health for several years, and under the care of a doctor. He entered the hospital for treatment a few days before his death.
Mr. ROCKWELL had been making his home with his niece, Mrs. Jesse PETTIT in Eagle, since the death of his sister, Mrs. Charley GOODWIN several months ago.
Farnum Mortuary of Glenwood is in charge of funeral arrangements, which are pending.

RALPH ELMER ROCKWELL.
Ralph E. ROCKWELL, resident of Eagle County for 17 years, died in a Denver hospital Oct. 22, following a long illness.
Mr. ROCKWELL was born June 10, 1883 at Shelby County, Iowa and spent his childhood in Wyota, Ia.
He was a farmer by trade and lived in the Edwards and Wolcott areas before moving to Eagle. A sister, Mrs. Charles GOODWIN of Eagle, preceded him in death.
Mr. ROCKWELL was a member of the Methodist Church.
Funeral services were held Saturday afternoon October 25 in the Eagle Methodist Church by the Reverend C. Daniel CLARK. Burial directed by Farnum Mortuary of Glenwood was in Sunset Cemetery at Eagle. Funeral music was provided by Mrs. Lola CHAMBERS, organist, and Mrs. Jane LONG, soloist. Pall bearers were Carl THOMAS, Ira BINDLEY, John CLARK, Jim ROSS, Denny EATON and Wm. STANLEY.
Mr. ROCKWELL is survived by four nieces, Mrs. Jess (Kay) PETIT of Eagle, with whom he made his home; Mrs. Naomi WAYKER, Fort Collins; Mrs. Art (Nora) Peterson, Council Bluffs, Ia.; Mrs. Hilda PETERSON, Council Bluffs. Three nephews also survive: Clinton GOODWIN, Kanopolis, Kans.; Lonnie GOODWIN, Grand Junction, and Frank PETERSON, Council Bluffs.
