Myrtle M. Shively, formerly of Gypsum, died Feb., 24 at St. Mary's Hospital in Grand Junction. She was 73.

She was preceded in death by a son, Mark Alan. Survivors include her husband Donald; a brother Harve Pierce of Covina, Calif.; ason Donald E. Shively II and wife Irmelin; a daughter, Gail E. Eaton and husband Don; two grandsons, Scott Shively and Chad Eaton; three grnddaughter, Sunni Shivel Jaramillo, Irma Shivel, and Hannah Eaton; and great grand duaghters Maddison Jaramillo.
