STRUBI DEATH
Burns resident Jacob Strubi, 80, died January 22 at his home following a heart attack. He was a retired rancher, and a Burns resident for 38 years. He was born March 30, 1892, in Switzerland. He spent his childhood there and married Freda Giger on February 24, 1934. His wife survives him, as are his sons, Nicholas A. Strubi of Burns, Jacob F. Strubi of Orting, Wash.; a brother Alfred Strubi of Aurora, a sister, Mrs. Anna Fhrihknact of Switzerland. Funeral services held January 25 and was buried at Cedar Hill.
