Fourteen-year-old Russell EPPERSON of Gypsum died late Tuesday night or early Wednesday morning from what Eagle County Sheriff's Office officials termed "apparent natural causes."
EPPERSON was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Don EPPERSON, long-time residents of Eagle County. He is survived by his parents and younger brother, Jim.
Although no official report was available at press time, initial reports indicate EPPERSON died in his sleep while staying at the home of his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Orie EPPERSON.
Relatives said Wednesday his death was "very sudden." No information regarding funeral arrangements or services was available at press time.
