William Jackson Terry, 79, a retired farmer who once lived in Edwards died in Collbran, Colo.,June 20,1975, following a long illness. Born January 18, 1896 at Colorado Springs, he spent his childhood in Edwards. January 21, 1960 he married Mildred Pross in Denver. His wife survives him. He was previously married to Lela Beard in Glenwood Springs in 1921. She died on November 30, 1958. He served in the Army in World War I.

Preceded in death by his parents and sister. Survived are three brothers, Ute Terry of Gyspum, Charlie Terry of Edwards, and Jim Terry of Wichenbergh, Ariz.
