DEATH OF W. W. GRUNDEL. The communities of Gypsum and Eagle were shocked
yesterday, Thursday, morning by the news of the death of A. W. GRUNDEL at his
home in Gypsum at 3 o'clock that morning. Complication of a lung trouble was
given as the cause of his death.
The remains will be laid in their final rest in the Evergreen cemetery, the time of
burial had not been announced yet at the time the Enterprise went to press.
Mr. GRUNDEL was one of the earliest pioneers of Colorado and the Gypsum valley
and at the time of his death was actively interested in business at Gypsum. He is
survived by a brother, A. F. GRUNDEL, and his immediate family.
