PROMINENT CITIZEN OF RED CLIFF DIES SUDDENLY.
Our community was shocked and saddened Saturday morning by the news of the sudden death of Ray WARREN. Ray went to work as usual that morning in the best of health and spirits. About 7:30 o'clock Bill MIZE arrived at the gravel pit near the mouth of Cross creek where Ray was working and found him lying by his truck, gasping for breath. Mr. MIZE rushed him to the Gilman hospital where everything possible was done to save him, but he died a few minutes after arrival at the hospital. They sympathy of the community goes out to his family, and his familiar figure will be missed by all who knew him.
Cadet Nurse Ella WARREN came up from Grand Junction, called here by the death of her father, Ray WARREN.
