Survivors include his wife,
Doris; two sons, Leonard Slade
of Phoenix and William Slade
of Sarver, Penn.; two daughters,
Debbie Olson of Cedaredge and
Sandy Harris of Monticello,
Utah; two sisters, Marie Rogers
of Great Bend, Kan., and
Gladys Muller of Ellinwood,
Kan.; 10 grandchildren; and 10
great-grandchildren.
