FORMER EDWARDS RESIDENT AL BAILEY DIES.
Al BAILEY of Walden died Jan. 20. He was 50.
BAILEY was born May 13, 1949, in Denver. He was a highly decorated Vietnam veteran and served three tours overseas.
Bailey, who was known as an avid fisherman and hunter, moved to the Edwards area in the late 1970s and was employed by BFI. He moved to Walden about four years ago.
He is survived by: a son, Jerry BAILEY of Walden; parents Earl and Mary Jane of Broomfield, CO; a sister, Jane MITCHELL, and her husband and family, all of Aspen; grandmother Blanche BAILEY; and one niece and three nephews.
Cremation is planned. The date and time for a memorial service has not yet been set.

SERVICES SET FOR AL BAILEY.
Services for Al BAILEY, a former Edwards resident, will be held Thursday at the Walden Community Church at 2 p.m. BAILEY was 50 years old. He died Jan. 20.
BAILEY was born May 13, 1946, in Denver. He was a highly decorated Vietnam Veteran, serving three tours overseas.
BAILEY, an avid fisherman and hunter, moved to the Edwards area in the late '70s and was employed by BFI. He moved to Walden four years ago.
He is survived by: son Jerry BAILEY of Walden; parents Earl and Mary Jane of Broomfield; sister Jane MITCHELL and her husband and family, all of Aspen; grandmother Blanche BAILEY; and one niece and three nephews.
A cremation is planned, and a reception will be held after the services at The Stockman's restaurant on Main Street. Flowers can be sent to the Buck Heggie Funeral Home, 311 South 21st St., Laramie, WY 82070.
