Jason Alan Kemp, 31, went to
live with his Heavenly Father on
Tuesday, July 20th in Grand
Junction, Colorado. Jason graduated
from Mesa State College in
the Spring of 2002 with an associate
of applied science in technology
integration. Jason will be
remembered as an easy going, fun
loving guy with a great sense of
humor. He was a loving, loyal son and a caring brother who has
helped support family members when the need arose. Jason was a
"beautiful person" who had a "contagious laugh who lit up the room
with his smile" and "was like a brother" to many people, as reported
by his friends. He was also great with kids and had a gentle spirit.
There will be a viewing open to the public from 10:30 a.m - 12:00
p.m and a Celebration of Life Service at 1:00 p.m on Tuesday, July
27th at the Canyon View Vineyard Church Auditorium. A potluck
fellowship will immediately follow in the Reception Hall.
Survivors include his parents, Connie and Keith Kemp of Savannah,
Georgia; his sister, Leisel Kemp and twin brothers, Roger and
Emil Kemp of Grand Junction; his girlfriend, Rhonda Hartman of
Grand Junction; his grandparents, Mary Jane Kemp of Marion, Iowa
as well as Mary and Kenneth White of Independence, Iowa. Jason
also has many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends, who will miss him
greatly. Honorary pallbearers include, Mark Bainbridge, Kevin
Lininger, Ian Olson, Luis Dominguez, Matt Bintz and Cameron
Rausch.
A memorial fund has been established in Jason's honor at any
Wells Fargo Bank.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Mesa Funeral Service.
