CHRISTINE B. BANICKI 1951--2000.
Christine B. BANICKI passed away July 15 at Vail Valley medical Center.
Mrs. BANICKI was born in Leadville to Buster and Angela BECK of Red Cliff. She attended the Red Cliff and Minturn schools. After graduating Mrs. BANICKI went to college and became a bookkeeper. She returned to Leadville and worked at Saint Vincent General Hospital.
She married James N. BANICKI in 1982. Together they moved to Dodge, Wisconsin five years ago.
Mrs. BANICKI enjoyed time spent gardening and doing neddlework. Most of all she loved spending time with her family.
Mrs. BANICKI is survived by her hisband, Jim BANICKI of Dodge, Wisc.; daughter Shawn (Robert) LUPTON and grandchildren Robert and Cynthia LUPTON of Trempleau, Wisc.; parents Buster and Angela BECK of Red Cliff; sisters Patricia (Stan) ROWE of Buena Vista, Johanna WILTSHIRE of Rifle, and Margaret (Joe) PHILIPS of Denver; five brothers, Joseph, Kenneth and Anthony BECK of Red Cliff, William (Claudia) BECK of Broomfield, and Richard (Orleen) BECK of Las Vegas, Nevada. Mrs. BANICKI is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
Mrs. BANICKI was preceded in death by her son Jimmy and brother Michael. Services were handled by the Bailey Funeral home in Leadville.

Christine B. BANICKI died Saturday, July 15 at VailValley Medical Center. She was 49.
BANICKI was born in Leadville Feb. 24, 1951, to Buster and Angela (FEAR) BECK of Red Cliff. After graduating from high school, she went to college and became a bookkeeper. While in Leadville, she worked at St. Vincent General Hospital.
She married James. N. BANICKI Aug. 28, 1982. Together they moved to Dodge, Wis., five years ago. She enjoyed gardening and needlework, but most of all she loved spending time with her family, husband, daughter and grandchildren.
BANICKI is survived by her husband, Jim, of Dodge, Wis.; her daughter, Shawna (Robert) LUPTON of Trempleau, Wis., two Granddaughters, Robert and Cynthia LUPTON; her parents, Buster and Angela BECK of Red Cliff; three sisters, Patricia (Stan) ROWE of Buena Vista, Johanna WILTSHIRE of Rifle and Margaret (Joe) PHILIPS of Denver; five brothers, Joseph of Red Cliff, William (Claudia) of Broomfield, Anthony of Red Cliff, Richard (Orleen) of Las Vegas and Kenneth BECK of Red Cliff and numerous other relatives.
She is preceded in death by her son, Jimmy, and one brother, Michael.
Services are pending, and arrangements were handled by Bailey Funeral home.

Dodge, Wis. -- Christine 'Chris' Banicki, 49, of Dodge, died July 15, 2000, of complications from an asthma attack while vacationing at her parents home in Redcliff, Colo.
Chris was born Feb. 24, 1951, to Angela and 'Buster' BECK. She is survived by her husband, Jim BANICKI of Dodge, Wis.; daughter, Shawna (Robert) LUPTON of Trempealeau, Wis.; stepchildren, Scott BANICKI of Minneapolis and Shelley (Peter) BEAUMONT of Vienna, Austria; grandchildren, Robert, Cynthia, Apryl and Karly; as well as five brothers and three sisters.
Chris was preceded in death by her son, James Rowen; and brother, Mike BECK. She will be laid to rest with her son and brother in her beloved Colorado mountains.
