She is survived by her son, Russell
(Tammy) Price of Pueblo;
daughter, Theresa Morrow of
Eagle; brothers, Richard (Helen)
Stout of Grand Junction and Dale
Stout of Rocky Ford, CO; sisters,
Mary Bennett of Grand Junction;
Georgia Bowen of Loveland and Hazel Raebel of Grand Junction,
and numerous nieces, nephews, grandchildren, great-grandchildren,
and great-great grandchildren. Preceded in death by her husband,
Russell Lynn Price; sons, Fred “Junior” Price and Charles LeRoy
“PeeWee” Price; daughter, Julia May Olin; siblings, Ira, Roy, Rex,
Leo, Edward and Clarissa.
Myrtle was born to Edna Mary and Charles Frederick Stout on
January 2, 1918 in Sweetwater, CO. She retired from The Lodge at
Vail after many years of dedicated service. Myrtle enjoyed cooking,
canning, bowling, fishing, hunting, gardening and watching baseball
especially the Colorado Rockies.
There will be no viewing or services. Memorials may be made to
