Rose (Rosella) Brown passed
away on October 30, 2010. Rose
was 86 years old. She passed
away in California while visiting
her daughter, Beverly Brown.
Rose was raised in Orchard
Mesa. She was married to Varlin
Brown for 43 years before his
death. They had two children.
Rose loved painting and she
worked for many years at the "This Is It" grocery store. Rose will be
missed by her many friends and family.
She is survived by her daughter, Beverly Brown; three grandsons,
and one granddaughter of Orange, California; her son, Bill Brown of
Texas; two granddaughters and two step-granddaughters; two brothers
and a sister from Denver; one sister from Arizona; one sister
from Grand Junction, and nine great grandchildren. Rose is preceded
in death by her husband, Varlin; her mother, father, three
brothers and two sisters.
Viewing will be at 10:00 a.m., services will follow at 2:00 p.m. on
Saturday, November 6 at Callahan-Edfast Mortuary. Burial will be
at Memorial Gardens. A gathering of family and friends will follow
the funeral ceremonies.
