Jim Markham passed away on
December 10, 2010 at his home in
Glade Park.
He was born on March 5, 1944
in Hadleigh, England to Gilbert
and Dorthea (Langley) Markham.
Jim had retired as a Journeyman
Plumber from Plumbers and Pipe
Fitters Local #145. He served his country as a United States Marine.
He married Jerry Rose Ann Lytle on September 27, 1964 in Olathe.
She preceded Jim in death on November 26, 2004.
Jim is also preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his
son, Steven (Priscilla); daughter, Shawna (Mark) Warner; brothers,
Gilbert Markham Jr., Woody Palmer, and Rocky (Irma) Palmer;
sisters, Diane (Jerry) Clark, Dixie (Gregg) Williams, and Vickie
(Ronnie) Rodriguez; grandchildren, Ashley, Aaron, Dakota, Cheyenne,
Cody, Destiny, Whitney, Nicole, and Amanda, and five great
grandchildren.
A visitation will be from 4 - 7:00 p.m., Thursday, December 16,
2010 at Callahan-Edfast Mortuary. Graveside services will be on
Friday, December 17, 2010 at 1:00 p.m. at the Olathe Cemetery.

Las Vegas; three sisters, Diane
