p.m. Sunday at Taylor Funeral
Service Chapel in Delta. Services
will be 1 p.m. Monday at
Taylor Funeral Service Chapel.
Burial will follow at Delta City
Cemetery.
Survivors include his daughter,
Maryanne Love of Delta;
and two sons, Dale Flanagan
of Kansas City, Mo. and Delbert
Flanagan of California.
