Herman BILLOW, 76, of Minturn died March 4 at the Vail Valley Medical Center. Services were held at the Assembly of God Church in Minturn on March 7. Burial was at the Riverview Cemetery in Minturn.
He was a life-long member of the church, a railroad fireman and chairman of the local board of the United Transportation Union.
Surviving are his wife Belle Mae BILLOW of Minturn; two daughters, Sharon MANTANO of Broomfield and Yvonne THOMPSON of California; a son, Randy BILLOW; and nine grandchildren.
