Terese Gabriel Star Henessee,
age 59, passed away Sunday, February
6 2011 in Mesa, Arizona.
Terese was born August 2, 1951,
in Germany. She came to the U.S.
when she was five years old. She
graduated from Grand Junction
High School and worked at City
Market for 25 years, she retired in Mesa, Arizona.
Terese enjoyed being a life coach-mentor to her family and friends.
She loved horses, cooking, traveling, hot air balloons, laughing and
making people proud. Her incredible strength and independence
were admired by all that knew her. We will lovingly remember her
strong-willed nature. Terese was a very devoted mother and her
contagious smile lit up any room she entered.
Survivors grateful to have shared her life include her two daughters,
Tammy Star, and Molly Henessee; three brothers, Joseph Luff,
Richard Luff, and Mark Luff; parents, Hale and Mary Luff and her
dearest friends.
The funeral will be held Saturday, February 19th at St. Joseph’s
Church at 10:00 a.m., followed by a burial at Orchard Mesa Cemetery
and a Celebration of Life will be held at the Eagles Lodge. We
love you.
