A private service was held for Theodore Price BLACKMER, who died suddenly Dec. 20 in his Eagle home.
Born in Denver on Nov. 6, 1923 to Fred and Elvira BLACKMER, Mr. BLACKMER was 67 years old. He married Donna G. BRAUER on Dec. 17, 1983 in Eagle.
After moving from Georgetown, Mr. BLACKMER had resided in Eagle for eight years. He was a member of the Elks Lodge in Idaho Springs, and he had served in the U.S. Navy.
He is survived by his wife, Donna BLACKMER of Eagle and three sons, Banky BLACKMER of Georgetown, Gregg BLACKMER of Greenville, Mass., and Randy BLACKMER of Dillon, Colo. Mr. BLACKMER is also survived by six grandchildren.
Farnum-Holt Funeral home was in charge of arrangements.
