Junction, died March 4, 2011, at
his home.
Services will be at 10 a.m.
Thursday at St. Joseph Catholic
Church.
Mr. Perea was retired from
the Army National Guard.
Survivors include one
son, Matthew of Denver; one
daughter, Amanda Archuleta
of Hayden; his parents, Pablo
and Berlinda of Estancia, N.M.;
one brother, Manuel of New
Mexico; one sister, Mary Bailey
of Pfl ugerville, Texas; and four
grandchildren.

Pablo was born on December 4,
1957 in Mountianaire, NM to
Pablo and Luna Perea. He spent
his childhood and attended high
school in Estancia, NM. Pablo
married Connie on August 1,
1980 in Grand Junction.
He served in the Army National Guard, 143rd Signal Company. He
enjoyed fishing, travel, tomato gardening and his grandkids. Pablo
always said “work smarter, not harderâ€.
Pablo was preceded in death by his wife, Connie, on August 1,
1980. He is survived by his parents, Pablo and Berlinda Perea from
Estancia, NM; son, Matthew Perea of Denver; daughter, Amanda
Archuleta of Hayden, CO; brother, Manuel Perea of NM; half
brother, Glenn Capps; sister, Mary Bailey of Pflugerville, TX; half
sisters, Tressy Capps and Amy Jiminez, and four grandchildren.
A Funeral Mass will be held March 10, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at St.
Joseph’s Catholic Church. Burial will be at the Veteran’s Cemetery
at 1:00 p.m. with full military honors.
