Wendell Holland went home
Saturday, May 30, 2011, to be
with his heavenly family and his
son Dale, who were waiting with
open arms rejoicing, that he had
finally returned home where he
will live out eternity.
Wendell journeyed on this earth
for 86 years where he met and
married his wife Arlene, then
lovingly had the greatest adventure there could ever be for 68 years.
God blessed them with four children and their spouse; Wayne and
Shirley; Dale and Chris; Helen and Alvin, and Wade and Brenda.
His memory will be carried on by 12 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren
and ten great-great-grandchildren.
Wendell was a man who told it like it was, had great charisma and
will be overwhelmingly missed. Amen
A visitation will be held from 2 - 4:00 p.m., Friday, May 6, 2011 at
Martin Mortuary. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday,
May 7, 2011 at the DeBeque Cemetery, DeBeque, CO.
