Warner V. BURBANK, native of Eagle County, died in Denver of a kidney ailment January 11, at the age of 63.
Services were Tuesday at Olinger Mortuary in Denver and interment was in Fairmount.
Born May 6, 1899 to Lillian and Frank BURBANK at Red Cliff, Warner grew to manhood in Red Cliff. He graduated from the University of Colorado in 1922 with a degree in electrical engineering. In 1927, he married Miss Leonora Rider in Chicago. They moved to Minturn in 1931 and to Denver in 1936.
Mr. Burbank's parents were prominent Red Cliff merchants who had a store in Minturn in later years where Warner worked for a time, then entered the employ of Public Service Company. He was associated with Public Service from 1935 until his death.
He was a member of the Minturn Masonic Lodge and American Heating Society and Air Conditioning Engineers.
He is survived by his wife of 1973 Hanover St., Aurora; a son, Bruce of Litteton; and two sisters, Mrs. Ira (Eleanor) McILNAY of Red Cliff and Mrs. Rice (Rosella) PALMER of Portland, Ore.
