Michael Andrew TERRILL, of Craig, died May 2, 2010, south of Craig. He was 48.
Michael was born Jan. 12, 1962, in Craig, the son of William L. and Dana (Jones) TERRILL. He was raised and attended school in Craig, and graduated from high school in 1980. Following high school, Mike attended Mesa State College in Grand Junction.
Mike married Anne GOSLIN in 1990, and they became the parents of twins, Hannah and Luke, and Mike adopted her daughter, Megan. He also became the stepfather of Jessica, Shannon and Kevin.
Mike worked for New York Life Insurance for 12 years and held various other jobs until becoming employed at Twentymile Coal Co., where he worked until the time of his death.
Mike is survived by his daughter, Hannah TERRILL; son Luke TERRILL; father William L. TERRILL, all of Craig; mother Dana TERRILL, of Murray, Utah; sister Janine Marie TERRILL, of Salt Lake City; and brother William Patrick TERRILL, of Los Angeles.
A funeral service was May 7, 2010, at The Craig Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, with Bishop R. J. Cookston officiating.
The opening prayer was given by Jessica KETCHUM. Speakers were Hannah TERRILL, Tony St. JOHN and William L. TERRILL. The closing prayer was given by Brian SPEARS.
Interment followed in the Steamboat Springs Cemetery.
