Amy L. Phillips, 91, Delta,
died Dec. 8, 2011, at the Delta
County Memorial Hospital.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday
at the Cedaredge Community
United Methodist Church,
with inurnment to follow at
Cedaredge Cemetery.
Survivors include one son,
David of Arvada; one daughter,
Lynn Williams of Delta; one
sister, Lenore Champlin of
Montrose; four grandchildren;
and 15 great-grandchildren.
