Travis Ryan Oropeza, age 24,
passed away unexpectedly on
Monday, October 31, 2011.
Travis was born on November
25, 1986 to Robert and Ann Oropeza
in Greeley, CO, however he
grew up in Grand Junction.
Travis will be remembered by
many as an honorable man, and
an amazing father, husband, son,
brother, nephew, uncle, grandson and friend. He touched the hearts
of all who knew him. He will be remembered, loved and greatly
missed. We love you, Travis, more than all the stars in the sky.
Travis is survived by his wife, Karly Bach and his three children,
Travis, age 5; Julie, age 3; and Naddalie, age 11and one half
months; his parents, Robert and Ann Oropeza; his sister, Taeler
Oropeza; his nephews, Jacob and Roman Finley; his uncles, John
and Michael Stephenson, Rick and Michael Oropeza and Raymond
Jet; his aunts, Bobbie and Judi Stephenson, Mona Boucher, Denise
Jet, Karen Anderson, and Lynn Oropeza; his cousins, Linzie,
Michael, James, Heather, Nykita, Meghan, DJ, Scott and John
Daniel Stephenson; Jessica and Jason Jet; Ann and Michael Oropeza;
his grandmother, Margret Stephenson; his father-in-law, Kevin
Bach; his brother-in-law, Clayton Bach and his wife, Shannon
White; his newphew, Jeremiah Bach; his sister-in-law, Laurissa
Bach, and his niece, Mariah Bach.
A Celebration of Travis' Life Memorial Service will be held on
Wednesday, November 9, 2011 at the Canyon View Vineyard
Church, 736 24 1/2 Road, Grand Junction, CO at 10:00 a.m.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been set up at Alpine Bank,
in the name of Travis Oropeza.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Mesa Funeral Service.
