sisters, Eileen Criley of Nevada
City, Calif., Lorie Mosteller of
Austin and Cathy Cogswell of
Grand Junction.

years, Janet Lee Cogswell, passed
away on Saturday, January 7,
2012 at Delta County Memorial
Hospital. She was 57.
A memorial service will be held
2:00p.m., Sunday, January 15,
2012, at the Taylor Funeral Service
Chapel in Delta.
Janet Lee Cogswell was born to
LeRoy Allen and Barbara Arlene (Metcalf) Cogswell on November
29, 1954 in Denver, Colorado. She spent her childhood in Thorton,
Englewood, and Indian Hills, Colorado. She graduated Evergreen
High School in 1972.
Janet enjoyed sewing, knitting, needlework, and collecting blown
glass. She was also a Delta High School Band Parent.
Janet is survived by her father, LeRoy Allen Cogswell and stepmother,
Deanna Cogswell of Mack, CO; two brothers, Robert
Cogswell, and Ronald Cogswell, and three sisters, Eileen Criley, Lorie
Mosteller, and Cathy Cogswell.
Janet was preceded in death by her mother, Barbara Cogswell;
grandparents, Elmer and Emily Cogswell, and Robert and Cecelia
Metcalf, and step-grandparents, John and Louise Doyle.
Memorial contributions can be made in Janet's memory to the
Delta High School Band or the American Cancer Society.
Arrangements are under the care and direction of Taylor Funeral
Service and Crematory.
