his home.
Services will be at 4 p.m.
Wednesday at Martin Mortuary.
Mr. Duffy was an agronomist
landscaper.
Survivors include his wife,
Colleen; one son, Matthew of
Grand Junction; one daughter,
Aimee Davison of Denver;
three brothers, Michael of Seattle,
Bill of Colorado Springs
and Tom “Tiger” of Southern
California; two sisters, Diane
Cowdry of Phoenix and Denise
George of Colorado Springs;
and one grandchild.

Bob Duffy passed away quietly
at his home in Grand Junction,
CO, on Saturday, May 5, 201. He
was 57 years old.
He was born on September 4,
1 9 5 4 , t o R o g e r a n d Y v o n n e
(LaPierre) Duffy and he grew up
in Phoenix, AZ. He graduated
from the University of Arizona
located in Tucson, AZ, with a
Bachelor's Degree of Science-Agronomy.
Bob spent his career working as an agronomist in the landscaping
industry. He and Colleen Kane Duffy, his wife, lived most of their
married life in Denver, CO, and Hereford, TX.
He loved gardening and he was skilled in areas of agricultural endeavors.
He cherished his wife and children, and he was loved by
others for his kind heart and quick wit. Bob was not a member of a
church, but did commit himself to the Lord Jesus in 1990 at the
Boulder Community Church.
Bob was preceded in death by his parents, as well as an older
brother, Jim, who passed in 1994.
He is survived by his wife, Colleen, and their two children, Matthew
Duffy of Grand Junction, CO, and Aimee Davison of Denver,
CO; three brothers, Michael Duffy of Seattle, WA; Bill Duffy of
Colorado Springs, CO; Tom "Tiger" Duffy of Southern CA; two
sisters, Diane Cowdry of Phoenix, AZ, and Denise George of Colorado
Springs, CO, and one grandchild.
There will be a Service of Remembrance held on Wednesday, May
9, 2012, at Martin Mortuary at 4:00 p.m. The family requests that
those that wish offer their condolences with flowers, bring or send
live flowers or plants. In honor of Bob, they request that no cut
flowers be sent.
