2012, at St. Mary’s Hospital.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7
p.m. today at Callahan-Edfast
Mortuary, followed by a rosary
at 7 p.m. Services will be at
11 a.m. Friday at Immaculate
Heart of Mary Catholic Church,
followed by interment with
military honors at 1 p.m. at Veterans
Memorial Cemetery of
Western Colorado.
Survivors include one son,
Patrick of Grand Junction; four
daughters, Susanne Houston of
Highlands Ranch, Donna Snyder
of Montrose and Debbie
Belcastro and Sandy Zarlingo,
both of Grand Junction; eight
grandchildren; and 14 greatgrandchildren.

Patrick was born in Galloway,
WV to Ralph and Anastasia Belcastro.
He married Marjorie Trinklein
in 1940.

Junction, CO; eight grandchildren, and 14 great-grandchildren.
A long time resident of Grand Junction, CO, Patrick was a member
of Immaculate Heart of Mary Church.
Patrick served his nation as a PFC from 1942-45 during WWII in
the 49th Armored Infantry Battalion, 302 Infantry Regiment - US
Army. He earned several awards and decorations including the
Bronze Star, the Victory Medal (WWII), a Good Conduct medal and
a Sharpshooter badge.
Patrick was a giving and loving husband, father, and grandfather.
He owned several auto dealerships throughout the years and was
well known for his kind and generous heart. His hobbies included
working on cars and in his free time, he worked on cars some more.
Along with his wife, Marjorie, he enjoyed jitterbug dancing and
cooking Italian food. He was greatly loved and will be missed by all.
The Rosary service will take place Thursday, February 2, 2012 at
7:00 p.m. at Callahan-Edfast Mortuary in Grand Junction, CO.
Viewing is available before the Rosary from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. Funeral
services will be 11:00 a.m. February 3, 2012 at the Immaculate
Heart of Mary Church and burial will take place at the Veteran’s
Cemetery. Donations are being accepted by Callahan-Edfast Mortuary
for a memorial fund in Patrick's honor.
