Cindy Rabago, 48, of Leadville since 1984, passed away on July 28 at St. Vincent Hospital in Leadville. She was born on May 23, 1964, in Grants, N.M., to Reyes Gonzales and Isabel (Martinez) Romero. She married Chris Rabago. Cindy graduated high school in 1983, in Monte Vista, where she was an honor roll student and was published in Who's Who of America. She was a pharmacy technician at Sayer-Mckee Drug Store in Leadville. Cindy enjoyed arts and crafts, shopping and she loved spending time with family.

Cindy is survived by her husband, Chris Rabago, of Leadville; son Christopher Rabago, of Denver; parents Isabel and husband Joe Romero and Ray and wife Denise Gonzales; sisters JoAnn and husband Dave Avila, Melissa and husband Richard Velasquez; brothers Steve and wife Geraldine Gonzales, Ray and wife Valerie Gonzales, in-laws Ida Rabago, Annabel Rabago, Connie and husband Pat Bradshaw, Raul and wife Elena Rabago; nieces Amanda, Brandi, Brittani, Kara, Erika, Desirae, Alexandra and Angelina; nephews Bryan, David, Zachariah, Brandon, Patrick, Reynaldo, Davian; great niece Lexi and great nephews Isaiah and Gabriel.

A visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m. on Friday at Bailey-Kent Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday at Leadville Assembly of God Church on East Sixth Street, Leadville with Pastor Cody and Amy Hall officiating. Burial will be at St. Joseph Cemetery, Leadville with a reception to follow at the Leadville Eagle's Lodge. A benefit account has been set up at First Mountain Bank in Cindy's name to assist the family with expenses. Any donations are greatly appreciated. Bailey-Kent Funeral Home of Leadville is assisting the family with arrangements.
