David Michael Jack passed away
in the caring hands of the Hospice
Care Center on April 10,
2012. David had been battling
various health issues for the past
two year.
David was loved as a son, a
brother and father; and everyone
who knew him was touched in
some way by him in his short life.
The Crandell family embraced David with their love and care.
David Jack is survived by his wife, Rita Jack of De Beque; his
mother, JoAnne Jack of Grand Junction; his daughter, Annie, and
son, Karl all of De Beque, Colorado; his brother, Tom Jack of Rimersburg,
PA; his sisters, Kim Holycross of Grand Junction, and
Penny Jack of Charlotte, North Carolina and various family. David
was preceded in death by his father, Karl M. Jack and son, James E.
Jack “JJ”.
A viewing will be held Wednesday, April 18, from 10 - 11:00 a.m.
at The Open Bible Fellowship Church, De Beque, CO. The funeral
will take place at 11:00 a.m. with burial to follow in the De Beque
Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the David Jack
Memorial Fund, c/o any Wells Fargo Bank branch. Arrangements
are under the caring direction of Callahan-Edfast Mortuary.
